After attending 70 classes at different studios since August, I can say with complete certainty that nothing has come close to the experience I had a Buddha Bella in Phoenix. From the moment I walked through the archways outside, I was struck by its atmosphere. The space is more than beautiful - it's sacred. Every detail, from the decor, to the lighting to the energy and scent in the air, feels intentionally designed to guide you inward. The instructor, Deby, embodied true wisdom and presence. She didn't just lead a class, she held a space for soul transformation. Her guidance felt intuitive, grounded, and connected to something greater. When I return to Phoenix, I know this will be the sanctuary I return to again and again. This place has been nothing but magical and life changing, this is where I was introduced to a real yoga practice further from a workout doing yoga poses. I got to experience different practices and teachings from many different people with different backgrounds and that level up my practice to become a real healing journey.
