Five stars isn’t enough for Optimyze Arcadia. This place is a total game-changer for anyone looking to prioritize their physical and mental wellness. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed the space is. Every corner reflects the care and intention behind this recovery studio. The high-tech equipment blew me away — the infrared sauna, cold plunge, and hot tub setups are top-tier. You can tell they’ve invested in quality, and it makes all the difference. Everything felt so dialed in and effective, I noticed the benefits almost immediately. What really made the experience stand out, though, was Michael. He walked me through each part of the process with so much knowledge and patience. He made sure I felt comfortable, supported, and informed every step of the way. His energy is calm and grounding — you can tell he genuinely cares about helping people feel their best. I left Optimyze feeling refreshed, recharged, and completely taken care of. This wasn’t just a recovery session — it was an experience that helped me reconnect with my body and mind in the best possible way. Can’t wait to go back.

Really enjoyed my first time at Optimyze. My husband I went together and were able to try out the compression, sauna and tubs together. The compression therapy was totally new to me but felt fantastic. Irma was super helpful and welcoming. Perfect way to start the weekend. We’ll be back!
