My favorite place to go for me time. Taspen’s is wonderful, the instructors are all great, friendly and helpful. I love Yin yoga with Mi, Dru yoga with Teri and tonight I tried block therapy with Sabrina which I’ve been wanting to experience for a while; it was lovely and I feel wonderful. I also love many of their amazing skincare products.

All of the classes I have taken thus far at Taspens have been incredible. This is my second block therapy class with Sabrina. It is such an incredible feeling to push through the fascial pain so my body feels like a million bucks at the completion. I can’t wait for the next class!

Took a beautiful Kundalini yoga class with Ananda . It really helped with recentering myself . Tried the Crystal bed and it was very healing . I am planning on coming back and getting a package for the crystal bed when my budget allows. Everyone is really kind .
