I originally came in for sinus issues I have had practically my whole life. Since then, Tiffney has helped to improve that and so much more. I also have a little one and picking him up can sometimes put on a lot of strain to my back, neck and shoulders. I've been working with Tatum for 2 1/2 months since my right nephrectomy. I started with her to increase my core strength and work on my balance and stability. Tatum is very skilled in working with people post abdominal surgery. She breaks exercises down into small parts in order to assess my core strength and activation throughout the session. I have noticed a big improvement in my posture and stamina since working with her.
