Salt caves are invaluable when your respiratory is at it's worst. I searched google today hoping for something like this as I haven't used one since I moved here. It was a beautiful center, the cave itself was so calming and relieving for my lungs. The wonderful receptionist was welcoming, a calm atmosphere from the moment you entered, she even offers a blanket before your session. I needed this relief so much and I almost fell asleep with how relaxed I was. I already feel so much better, thank you so much for your salt cave. We will visit again for sure.

This is my second time experiencing the Salt Cave session and I love it. I feel wonderful as soon as I step out and they have so many great items you can purchase if you want and even an essential oil bar where you can mix your own personal scent. I purchased a few items on my first visit and I will most definitely be getting a few more things. The atmosphere is amazing and everyone is so helpful, caring and patient. 💝

Gorgeous, peaceful space, thoughtfully and intentionally curated, and every staff member seems to genuinely love being there. Not only are they kind and welcoming, but each goes above and beyond to accommodate your needs to make sure that you have an excellent visit. I have been using their Gold Membership option for two months now, and it has been worth every penny and then some. I come here several times a week and always leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected with myself. Do yourself a favor and book yourself and a loved one a session! Cannot say enough great things about this space.
