Rooted heart, the apothecary next door, and the corner beet are a fantastic trio for self care. Yoga instructors are all very friendly and inclusive, class toughness varies so if you don’t like one class try another instructor! Love the vibe here much more than other studios in the area who are more workout focused and far less spiritual. Rooted heart is the vibe!

In a city full of yoga studios, I honestly thought Rooted Heart seemed too good to be true. A beautiful space with class times throughout the day and evening, multiple styles, and an affordable unlimited membership all within walking distance of my cap hill apartment? It seemed like there must be a catch. If there is, I haven't found it yet. I've been a Rooted Heart member for almost 9 months and I am so grateful to have found this space. I had been practicing for less than a year when I started at Rooted Heart and cannot believe how much my practice has grown thanks to the talented and generous teachers here. If you're looking to deepen your practice, you will find many people in this community willing to nurture you no matter your experience level.

This is my favorite community space in Denver. I've participated in yoga classes, workshops, and YTT - all of which were fantastic experiences. I can't say enough great things about this space, the teachers or the members. If you're looking to find a community of kind, interesting and fun people - this is the place!
