This was such a healing experience altogether. Anzela is a breath of fresh air as a human. I felt very comfortable with her and she truly listens and also guides by sharing her knowledge with you. It all felt very authentic and natural. The vibes bed session with the headphones was exactly what I was looking for. I went in with the intention of clearing some blocked and stagnant energy and being able to feel in my own body again. I highly recommend adding the Ajna light if possible.
