I have ADHD and attended yesterday with2 others who also have ADHD and we all loved it and felt so much better for it.and my sleep last night was wonderful and deeply peaceful for the first time in I don”t know how long! My only 2 thoughts were that it would have been nice for Odette to offer to get feedback at the end of the session and a personal thing would be a request for more of the loud gong music as that seems to be really powerful in blocking out all the rubbish that is going round and round in my head, but I absolutely loved it and will definitely come back again for more.
