I highly recommend the hypnotherapy sessions with Cristina. I made more progress in just 3 sessions than years of traditional therapy. Cristina is an amazing practitioner who you can tell truly wants to help her clients. She is a kind soul and makes you feel right at home. After each session it felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. I was skeptical of hypnotherapy, and even during the session I was questioning whether it would work, but somehow it really does! My anxiety levels have significantly decreased and I feel an increased sense of calm in my day to day life regardless of what is happening around me. If you are on the fence about trying hypnotherapy, you should definitely give it a try. Cristina's rates are very reasonable compared to others in LA, and I never felt pressured to buy more sessions or other products. My only regret is that I didn't try hypnotherapy sooner!

I had a tarot session with Justin and would recommend him to anyone seeking a bit more insight to whatever journey they're on. I'm typically pretty guarded and skeptical of metaphysical stores, but Justin specifically came recommended by a friend. During our session, without being given any information ahead of time, Justin thoroughly read into the details of my specific self-discovery journey, homesickness for my specific region of origin, and held space when I asked to invite passed family members to help inform the session. Really can't recommend enough. I'll certainly be coming back.
