Experiencing Alanna's 3-Day retreat is just what I needed. It was more than just a cleansing experience; it activated my every muscle with yoga and sessions that encouraged mental relaxation. I did a 3 day yoga/detox/astrology retreat with Alanna and it was the best retreat that I've been to. She's an expert on her craft and she made delicious soups and juices for the retreat. I learned a lot and gained a better understanding of myself after the experience. I'm very grateful for her! It was worth it!
