I was visiting from out of town, and was looking for something to do on a Thursday. I saw that Pranatonic yoga did free community yoga classes on Thursday, so I gave it a go. It was just what I was needing!! It was so relaxing, and loved the deep stretching. The class was lead by Jules , she taught at just the right pace and I really enjoyed the flow and movement positions.If I lived there I’d be going to these free community classes weekly! What a deal!

Torin had a fantastic practice!! I have been doing yoga for a couple years and was impressed with the pose variation -quite a few I’d never tried! He even played his guitar & gave a soft neck massage (per request) during the final resting pose. Will definitely be returning!
