I loved my experience at Shanti Sound! This was my first time doing a 1 hour sound bath, and it was amazing. I didn’t know what to expect going into the session. I’m looking for ways to reduce stress and be more patient in my own life, and felt this was a good opportunity to help with that goal. I felt so calm afterwards and Cari is so informative about her practice. You can tell she’s very passionate about what she does. I will be back!

I attended the Sound Bath and it was absolutely amazing. The owner is so kind and caring with the best energy. She made the space so welcoming and has everything you need for a comfortable & transcendent healing experience, from blankets, pillows, knee bolsters and black-out eye masks. It was a truly amazing experience and I can’t wait to go again!

I had a great experience today for my first sound bath healing at Shanti Sound. I’m visiting from Seattle, and if and when I’m in the area again, I’d like to try this again. I had a good nap within the first 10 minutes in and our instructor had a very soothing voice and calm energy. I was nervous to attend the class alone but she really puts you at ease and made me feel very comfortable. I 100% reccomend this class to others.
