I was pleasantly surprised when I tried this place about 2 years ago.. I was dealing with some losses in my life, and wanted to try something different for a bit of a personal reset. I felt very welcomed by Erika and Niko. When I walked into the sound space I instantly felt put at ease. You are surrounded by very nice mood lighting and some incredible instruments. They provided a lovely mat with pillows and blankets. The session starts out with a guided meditation, nothing too heavy or esoteric, just straightforward relaxing meditation guidance. Then for about 2 hours you are welcomed into a realm of thought provoking sounds, of all kinds to help your imagination create a peaceful narrative. I have since been back several times over the months, and always seem to experience something different each time. I would also say for me the sessions help with unlocking creativity and letting go of any difficult situations I may have been dealing with. I would suggest this experience to anyone looking for a slice of peace. Like I said it is not esoteric, the focus is on being present and enjoying the sound moments. I have taken friends and family to these sessions and everyone loved it. I notice all walks of life come to the sessions, From CEO’s and housewives, to athletes and couples. I think this place is a hidden gem in Rolling Hills Estates. I highly recommend it if you are looking for sound healing, or just a new experience. I will continue to go. I recommend making it a monthly or a quarterly habit as needed. Although they provide a face cloth to cover your eyes, I do recommend bringing your own sleep mask to wear.

I bought tickets for a Breathwork and Sound Bath session as a birthday gift for my husband, and it was an absolutely beautiful experience! Erika was wonderful, and she even took the time at the end to create a special connection exercise just for us. Highly recommend this experience!
