Caring,Warm,Intimate surroundings and instructors. Does not matter your age or ability. Everyone all shapes, sizes and ages come here. I had never done yoga and I was getting stiff in the joints. Found Bee Well and I am so much happier and flexible!! Holistic approach with mind body and soul. All of the classes are different and all of the instructors have their own style. There is really something for everyone. It’s a no judgement zone at Bee Well. For me, I feel better because I am doing something really good for myself. Bee well is a great studio with great instructors.

I’m new to yoga and am joining my wife while she attends classes. The Bee Well Yoga experience is really interesting and fantastic. I’m personally learning a lot at every session. The instructors push you but care very well at the same time. I’m enjoying this new experience and thankful I gave it a shot. I’d highly recommend that anyone new to yoga give it a try. Allison, the owner really cares about the community I see and offers many different classes that have helped me. I’m new but really like it. Hope you give them a chance if you’re interested in yoga. They are a seven star experience. You will like it.

I've taken a handful of classes here, all with Amanda so far. Every time I have attended, I have met the most amazing people whom all feel safe and kind. They seem to focus on mental well being just as much as body wellness. They offer a free yoga class for sexual assault survivors and if that doesn't speak volumes about them and their staff, then I don't know what else would. The studio is cozy, warm and inviting. I can't comment on the other teachers yet, but I imagine they are all as informative and passionate as Amanda is. This is a gem for the area and for sure somewhere you should try if you're interested in a whole being wellness experience.
