I can’t recommend Tracezen’s Friday night restorative yoga class enough. After a long and hectic week, this class was exactly what I needed to unwind and reset. Tracey has such a calming presence and her clear guidance made it easy to settle into each pose, allowing me to truly let go of the week’s stress. The use of props and gentle stretches felt like a warm hug for my body and soul. The ambiance was perfect—dim lighting, soothing music, and a peaceful energy that made me feel safe and supported. By the end of the class, I felt deeply relaxed and refreshed, ready to enjoy my weekend with a clear mind and lighter spirit. If you’re looking for a way to release tension and nurture yourself, this class is a must-try!”

I am so grateful that I found this studio and positive, uplifting community. From the first Kundalini class I took, I was hooked. This studio radiates with energy and the community of people uplift one another with their energy during the practice. Tracy and Greg have built an amazing community in their studio and Meraki kava bar. Everyone that I have encountered has been an amazing human and I always look forward to the next class I get to attend! Couldn’t recommend a place more than here, it is truly life changing and I am forever grateful that I found this place!
