I attended the Mother’s Day workshop at Vedic Vibes Himalayan Sound Healing with my 3.5-year-old son, and it was such a special experience. I wasn’t sure how he’d handle a sound bath as toddler.. but he surely surprised all of us! Something about the space, the instruments, and the healing energy really settled him. He just laid next to me, listening, soaking it all in. Sarah was a pro at adapting the sound bath for kids! Afterwards, my son couldn't stop smiling and was just so happy. He asked me if we could practice the "musical meditation" at home! The whole session felt like a gift—like we were both given a moment to slow down, breathe, and connect in a really beautiful way. I have had two amazing experiences with Sarah!! In my most recent sound healing experience, I felt leaves shedding when Sarah played the rain stick, as the session went on and Sarah played wind chimes, I felt someone gliding their fingers from side to side on the strings on my heart, and as the session ended with sound bowls I experienced witnessing Buddha sitting in front of me towards the left with a mandala at the back. First and one of a kind experience!! I felt so calm and balanced at the end of the session. Thank you Sarah❤️❤️
