Unplug Meditation has changed my life 180!! I’ve received huge positive change in my life full of blessings. I came to unplug after a break up , dealing with my grandmas lost to find peace. And boy did I find so much harmony in my life.Now thanks to Unplug I have alchemist my connections and my finances for the betterment of it thru their soundbath and breath-work.People constantly ask me , how are you so calm? So I know others see in me too. I truly found more healing and love than any church or talk therapy. Forever grateful for this little peace of heaven on the west side 💕✨I also met the owner Suze and she is an angel 😇 happy to support a female owned business!!

Great instructor. Leigh-Ann lead the practice with confidence and clarity. Warm personality which made me feel right at home. I plan on returning many times for her breath classes!

I visited Unplug for a free class with Mallika Chopra last week and it was wonderful! The space is comfortable and calming, and parking is easy. I will definitely be back, and a subscription would be a great gift!
