I celebrated the last day of my 41st year with a private sound healing session at Sedona Crystal Temple, and it was absolutely fantastic! I’ve experienced sound bowls before, but never in a setting like this—with gongs, ultra-comfy mats, and a deeply immersive atmosphere. Joshua was incredibly welcoming, answering all my questions and making sure we felt completely at ease. He guided a beautiful sound bath experience, and both Alex and I were completely relaxed and rejuvenated by the end of it. Even hours later, I still feel the effects—my body is so at peace. If you ever have the opportunity to try a session here, I highly recommend it! As a bonus, Alex and I were honored to be the first clients to experience this amazing new space. A good friend and I visiting Sedona had our first sound healing experience at Sedona Crystal Temple and it was magical. Hard to put into words in fact—I would recommend this experience to anyone. Not to mention the 55 minute session is incredibly reasonably priced. I also did a cranio sacral healing experience with Tara and I left feeling like I had just been given the most incredible gift—equally as hard to put into words. All that to say, Josh and Tara are wonderful human beings.
