It consumes exactly the kind of bandwidth that is needed for active, grounded, frequency-anchored presence. You can hold your centre in a way that is genuinely useful to the collective, rather than being swept into the reactive loops that the chaos seems designed to generate.

For another ten minutes, you hold yourself in an image of pure white loving light, receiving love into every cell of your body, allowing that love to open your heart, imagining yourself shimmering with the same radiance you directed toward the Earth in the previous practice. Whether you draw that love from your own heart, from Metatron’s field or from the body of the Earth itself does not matter. The source can shift. The practice is the thing.
Egypt, Ancient Consciousness and the Awakening of the Gods

Following a direct prompting from Metatron on a Sunday three weeks before the message was recorded, she departed for Egypt within days and spent two weeks traveling the length of the Nile. The stated purpose, as it was revealed to her through the journey itself, was the energetic awakening of ancient Egyptian gods, goddesses, pharaohs, kings and queens, bringing their consciousness online in service of the new Earth.
This is not the kind of work that translates easily into a social media caption. The temples and tombs along the Nile hold frequencies that are extraordinarily ancient, and many traditions describe those sites as repositories of consciousness that has been deliberately compressed or sealed, awaiting the right conditions for reactivation. Whether understood literally or as a metaphor for the reawakening of archetypal energies within the collective human psyche, the principle is the same: there are dormant capacities, ancient knowings and high-frequency blueprints embedded in the planetary record that are now beginning to come back online.
