To be perfectly clear, we do not collect, track, or analyze any of the following:

Personal Information: We do not ask for or collect any personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, phone number, or location.
Usage Data: We do not track how you use the app, which features you interact with, or how often you open it.
Device Information: We do not collect unique device identifiers, IP addresses, operating system information, or advertising identifiers.
Health or Sensitive Data: While you use the app to track your well-being, this information is considered sensitive. We have no access to it.

3. Device Permissions

The App may request the following permission from your device:

Notifications: This permission is required to send you daily check-in reminders, but only if you explicitly enable this feature in the app’s settings. You can revoke this permission at any time through your device’s settings.

Because all your data is stored locally on your device, its security is linked to the overall security of your device. We recommend using a strong device passcode or biometric lock.You are in complete control of your data. You can delete your data at any time from within the app using the “Delete Account” function in the profile section. Deleting your data this way is permanent and irreversible. Furthermore, if you uninstall the App from your device, all associated data will be permanently deleted as part of that process.

The App is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
