Everyone is very friendly, they take the time to explain everything. Once I said I had tight hips Miranda suggested she place the red light pads in that area for my 1st session. They have hands weights to use on the vibration plates, they have sound cancelling ear phones you can use for red light therapy & headphones for the digital guided Pilates course. All in all a great experience! Oooohhh and they have a dry sauna!

The red light therapy was amazing!! I have an old injury to my back and it’s been hurting a lot lately, but after the Red Light, I was so relaxed and my back felt so much better!! Medical grade red light therapy, like they have here, will do so much more for you than the red light systems you find in most gyms.

I truly enjoy going to red light. My friend had me sign up as a founding member. When she first told me about it I was skeptical but joined anyway. I am so glad I did. The staff is wonderful and they make me feel so welcome when I come. I feel connected to them and view them as friends now. It is so great!
