Whitney is a true master. Her cues and direction are easy to follow (I can’t see well without my glasses during class) and she makes the experience positive for all. I have continued to learn and grow each time I sit with Whitney. And the YogaLab space is actually really lovely! Light, energetic and yet calming. The space flows nicely and feels welcoming and not at all pretentious.

I loved my experience at yoga lab! The studio feels welcoming and cozy. I researched many local places before selecting this one, and let me just say, I am so glad I did! The space feels clean, warm, and safe. Kristin was a fantastic instructor for my first session here. I felt SO good after her align & flow class, I highly recommend it!

First time doing yoga at this studio and started out with Slow Flow with Stephanie. This class is accommodating to people who are newer to the practice, bigger bodies, and those who want more flexibility. The entire experience was calm, healing, and everything I wanted it to be. The new student special is amazing, and I will be back.
