First off, they are both highly skilled massage therapists that can alleviate and prevent pain to your physical body. Beyond that, every massage also makes you feel like they’ve treated your soul. Depending on the need, they incorporate little details like music, hot towels, aromatherapy, reiki, breath work, hot stones, sound bowls, fire cupping and more that take the massage experience to the next level. Second, they lead beautiful meditation classes that simultaneously create a sense of caring community and introspective mindfulness. While every class is different, most involve a brief introduction or activity, stretching, intention setting, and time in the silk hammocks where sound bowls are played and massage is incorporated. Again, they add the little details of aromatherapy, hot towels, weighted bean bags, blankets, and more - depending on the class - leaving you feeling refreshed and relaxed while also awakened and ready to tackle life with grace and newfound insight. Third, The Oha is just a beautiful place that welcomes all people! If you have no experience with meditation or bodywork, you can feel confident that this is a space where you will be welcomed and made to feel comfortable. If you are experienced in yoga and meditation, you can feel confident that you will be challenged or introduced to new experiences and practices. Plus, the place is just damn beautiful - the plants, the wall hangings, the vibe. It brings joy, peace, and love. If you really want to treat yourself, book some sauna time before your massage. Finally, Bridget and Chris can also host private events for groups of various sizes. I’ve had the privilege of participating in group classes with my friends and colleagues on site and at my home. Bridget and Chris have brought the magic of bodywork and group meditation to our writing retreats and everyone who participated felt more productive and accomplished by taking a little time out of our typical events for massages and meditation. The Oha center is absolutely amazing. They offer such a variety of classes, massage, energy work etc. I have had the experience of honey flow and fan dancing with the lovely Hannah. A true embodiment of feminine grace in movement. I have also had the pleasure to experience yoga and fam dancing with one of the owners Bridget. She has the perfect mix of sunshine and storm with her light and power. But my energy work session with Bridget was a profound experience. She is a true light and warrior in this world. I haven’t had the pleasure of working with Chris yet but soon! You will find what your soul needs here for sure ❤️

I've been going to the Oha for over a year. Chris and Bridget are wonderful. They have incredible energy and are very welcoming. It's a really pleasant environment and feels like going home. I haven't tried all of the classes, but everything I've tried, I've really liked.
