Kyna has changed my life. HUGELY.. I am in my late 50’s, was getting very stiff on my lower body which I attributed to generalized arthritis. My ultrasound also showed multiple bone spurs on my hip joints. My legs were getting stiffer and painful to stretch out that even climbing over short dog gates, trimming my toe nails and putting on my socks were very painful and getting more restrictive day after day. Kyna worked on me and after 3 sessions my range of motion was way more than I had experienced after close to a year, thrice weekly, sessions on PT. Nowadays, I look forward to my weekly session with her. I feel very grateful and blessed that I got to meet her. I can also say that now I can walk without a limp and I am free of pain.
