The Ohm Center has been my sanctuary for the last 1.5+ year, and I am immensely grateful for it. I have come for sound baths, meditation, breath work, mantra, yoga nidra, chakra intensives and theta healing classes. All are lovely, deeply healing and worth experiencing! Every staff member is welcoming, kind and masters of their craft. The center itself is warm and inviting with its supercharged healing energy. Suzanne, the owner, possesses strong wisdom and knowledge. She teaches in a way that is easy to understand yet opens your mind and heart to unlimited possibility. I completed my Sound Healing Certification and am currently enrolled in their Meditation Teacher Training. I genuinely love learning and being a student here! It has helped me heal, elevate my practice and connect to gifts. I attended a monthly training today and it was amazing. I have been taking classes at Ohm for a few months now and absolutely love the place. Suzanne is a wonderful, experienced, and incredibly knowledgeable teacher who has built a truly special community. There is no other space in NYC quite like it. I would give 6 stars if I could!

Starting our office holiday party with a group sound bath at the Ohm Center was the best choice I made last year, and my team is still talking about it months later! As the manager of an audiology practice that specializes in tinnitus, I wanted to make sure that sound played a major element in how we celebrated; what I could never have predicted is the incredible conversation that blossomed from the experience. Before Suzanne ran our beautiful sound bath, she opened us up to the idea of anahata nada, the unstruck sound. Presenting this idea to a team of tinnitus specialists led to some of the deepest, most engaged conversations I'd ever heard within our team. The sound bath itself was incredible, and it took us on a genuinely varied emotional journey through sounds of various weight and presence. On a personal level, I couldn't believe how many different emotions I felt on the way to the peace at the end of the sound bath. I cannot recommend The Ohm Center highly enough, the shared experience affected us more deeply than any holiday dinner would have by itself. What an absolute GIFT it was to be there.
