I meditate all the time so I figured I give sound meditation a try for the first time. Loved it! I found it much easier to fall into the zone and focus with the help of the sound as cue to bring my thoughts back to my breath. The various sounds that are played throughout the session give a feeling of a journey during my enhanced meditation, making it much more enjoyable. The space itself immediately puts you into a calmed state as soon as you enter with a cute, welcoming vibe and just the right amount light and charm. The staff were also lovely and warm. Going to definitely send some of my patients here who are looking to start their meditative journey.

Finally found a place dedicated to real, deal, no fluff sound healing therapy. The space and practitioners honor healing in such a spacious and honorable way (aka not trying to be your guru). I’m just grateful to finally find a spot close to me in the city. Reminded me of my go to healing spaces in the Bay Area. Looking forward to more. First session was with David - was the deep reset I needed. Thank you 🙏🏽

This was my first sound bath and to be honest I wasn’t sure what to expect but it exceeded my expectations. Will be coming back next time I’m in NYC. The space is super cute, the staff is very welcoming (especially for people that have never tried a sound bath before) and it was one of the highlights of our trip.
